Just started work on the forums today, December 25, 2013, and I do believe that a lot has been accomplished, though I know I have so much more to do yet! We hope to have this game up and running after the first of the year, but no later than two weeks from today, so please bear with us until that time. Keep checking into the channels [#The-Ninth-Accords, #Pandaemonium, #NA-London for IC, #NA-OOC for OOC chat, and #NA-Ops for any questions you may have] and back with the forums for further updates and information. And for now? Get familiar with the setting information as it becomes available, and start thinking up character possibilities, or even working on a character sheet [the templates were one of the first things that I tried to get posted...see 'Character Submissions']!
